A few common questions.
When should I begin estate planning?
Ideally before you need it. A plan is worth considering once you have a family, a home or savings, and it should be reviewed after major life changes such as marriage, a new child, a move or a change in health.
Does Medicare cover nursing-home care?
Medicare generally covers only limited, short-term skilled nursing care after a qualifying hospital stay. It does not pay for ongoing custodial care, which is why many families look at long-term care and Medicaid planning.
Can your firm help with probate?
Yes. We guide personal representatives and families through Florida probate, including formal and summary administration.
